Advantech Wireless Completes Delivery of New SapphireBlu Series of UltraLinear GaN Modular SSPA/BUC

[Via Satellite 05-07-2014] Advantech Wireless successfully delivered the New SapphireBlu Series 6.6kW X-Band Rackmount UltraLinear GaN Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA)/Block Upconverter (BUC). The new SapphireBlu series of UltraLinear GaN technology-based SSPAs and BUCs is a satellite teleport uplink solution for wide bandwidth and ultra-high power.
The new series is designed with built in redundancy and built in arc detection circuitry features in a small, indoor modular package.
