Thuraya Launches Pre-paid Phone Recharging Service November 10, 2008 [Satellite Today 11-10-08] Thuraya has launched ThurayaRecharge, a recharging service for pre-paid Thuraya phone users, the company announced Nov. 11.     Provided in partnership with FoneRecharge, based in Australia, the service allows Thuraya’s subscribers to instantly insert credit into their accounts by phone or online.     ThurayaRecharge aims to ease Thuraya’s current recharging system that requires the use of a scratch card, e-voucher or contacting a Thuraya Service Provider that is sometimes not possible when users are in remote locations or are out of credit.
