XM Satellite Radio, is bringing a new advanced satellite radio to the market, which features full-color split-screen display, 60-minute replay and song storage, the company announced August 13. XM claims the radio, the XpressRC provides the “richest possible listening experience”. Vernon Irvin, XM EVP and chief marketing officer, commented, “The debut unit promises to take music, sports and entertainment lovers by surprise, reinventing the way they receive and experience XM content. The listening experience will never be the same.”
In other XM news, the company announced August 14 that it was linking up with MySpace to launch ‘Show Us What Ya Got!,’ a coast-to-coast online search for the hottest unsigned hip-hop and R&B music talent.
