Terms and Conditions
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made after October 12, 2012 will be subject to a cancellation fee of $975. Registrants who do not cancel prior to January 26, 2013 will be liable for full registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by clients. Refunds due to registrant error will be charged a $175 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after March 31, 2013.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions may be made at any time for confirmed registrants. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to: SATELLITE 2013, 4 Choke Cherry Road, 2nd Floor, Rockville, MD 20850 or register@SATELLITE2013.com.
