Below are important things to know and helpful links for planning your time at the Conference and Exhibition:

Conference Schedule - Choose the sessions that most appeal to you and the needs of your organization.  The Conference Program consists of Pre-Conference sessions on Monday, March 18 and breakout sessions Tuesday, March 19 - Thursday, March 21.

Exhibiting Companies - Peruse the 350+ exhibiting companies who will be showcasing their products, applications and technology on the show floor.  You can search for companies by the products they offer, helping you narrow the search to those best suited to your needs.

Exhibit Floor Plan - Plot your route through the show floor with the online floor plan.  You can view the entire Exhibit Floor along with a list of exhibiting companies and which booth they are in.

Networking Opportunities - With more than 12,000 professionals at SATELLITE, it can seem next to impossible to meet everyone.  However, through breakfasts, lunches, and receptions, SATELLITE gives you the opportunity to shake hands with more colleagues than you will anywhere else.

Travel and Directions - Traveling is hectic enough.  We've compiled helpful information for you all in one place, including local airports, driving directions, Metro information, available parking, and more.

Upgrade your Registration - Need to purchase a ticket to a networking event or add the Conference to your current registration?  You can do so with ease online.

Hotel Reservations - Make sure you have a place to stay while in Washington, DC!  SATELLITE works with nearby hotels to secure discounted rates you won't find anywhere else.  You can book your hotel using the online system, or contact the official housing bureau, onPeak, to secure the discounted rates. 

Visa Invitation Letter - Traveling to SATELLITE from outside the U.S.?  Visit the International Attendees page for helpful tips when applying for a visa and to download an invitation letter.

Exhibitor Showcase Theater - Interested in giving a 30 minute presentation to attendees on the Exhibit Show Floor? Slots in the Exhibitor Showcase Theater are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are only open to exhibiting companies at SATELLITE 2013.
