Vernon Sq/7th St-Convention Center Metro Station, the entrance to the Convention Center will be directly in front of you.Can I transfer my registration to someone else at my company?Yes, SATELLITE 2012 accepts registration substitutions. How do I cancel my registration, and what is the cancellation policy?Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made after September 30, 2011 will be subject to a cancellation fee of $950. Registrants who cancel after January 13, 2012 will be liable for the full conference registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. Please send cancellation requests in writing to SATELLITE 2012, 4 Choke Cherry Road, 2nd Floor, Rockville, MD 20850 or register@SATELLITE2012.com. A $175 processing fee will be charged in the event of cancellation due to registrant error.
