The New Year has arrived, with all of its promise and all of its uncertainty. The year just passed was a tough one, that’s for sure! Maybe in 2010 we can all get back on our feet and really drive to some success. Already, if the inevitable essays about resolutions are to be believed, folks all over the globe have set themselves up for failure by at least monetarily committing to achieve the unachievable. Usually it’s all about diets and relationships and self-improvement and exercise.
I have a better idea! My idea is something you can commit to with a keystroke or the stroke of a pen, as the case may be, something that is easily achievable, and something that will pay back personal and career dividends throughout the next 12 months and even beyond! That something is SATELLITE 2010.

If you need a more traditional resolution to focus your energies on the New Year, resolve now to make new contacts, re-establish old friendships, create new opportunities, explore innovative products and services, and check out all that’s new on the showroom floor at SATELLITE 2010. For three decades the SATELLITE show has been about reigniting a passion for communications via satellite and the global satellite-enabled marketplace. It’s a worthy thing to promise to you!

The Internet: How Neutral Should It Be?
January 28, 2010
The U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) approved rules in October establishing openness for Internet connections. The Net Neutrality guidelines expand and codify rules from 2005 that require providers to allow their customers to use whatever devices or online services they want so long as they do not hurt the network. The public comment period closes in late December and surely will provide the FCC Commissioners much to consider. Register today!
