Booth Fee
$4,915 (USD) per 10' x 10' ($49.15 per square foot)

Exhibitor Personnel Registration
4 booth personnel and 1 conference registration is included with each 100-square-feet of exhibit space. All exhibitor personnel must register prior to exhibitor set-up, online registration opens in September 2009.

Booth (Set-Up) Installation Hours
8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Sunday,  March 14, 2010
8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday, March 15, 2010
All exhibits must be set-up and ready on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 9 a.m.

Under no circumstance is early booth removal acceptable. All exhibitors can begin dismantling immediately following the official announcement that the exhibit hall is closed on Thursday, March 18, 2010 at 1 p.m.
