$4,795 (USD) per 10' x 10' ($47.95 per square foot)
Exhibitor Personnel Registration
4 booth personnel and 1 conference registration is included with each 100-square-feet of exhibit space. All exhibitor personnel must register prior to exhibitor set-up, online registration opens in September 2008.
Booth (Set-Up) Installation Hours
8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday, March 23, 2009
8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2009
All exhibits must be set-up and ready on Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at 9 a.m.
Under no circumstance is early booth removal acceptable. All exhibitors can begin dismantling immediately following the official announcement that the exhibit hall is closed on Friday, March 27, 2009 at 1 p.m.
