Impsat Leases Capacity On NSS-10

Impsat, a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Crossing, has contracted the equivalent of about 2.5 transponders on SES New Skies’ NSS-10 satellite, SES New Skies announced July 12.
Located at 322.5° East, the satellite’s C-band beams will help support Impsat’s single channel per carrier and VSAT Internet Protocol network in Latin America.
Financial details were not disclosed.
