Raytheon Receives Initial Installment On Navy Communications Contract

Raytheon Co. has been awarded an installment of $27 million to provide satellite communications terminals to support a Space and Naval Warfare Systems contract, the company announced July 2.

Under the contract, which could be valued at up to $38 million, Raytheon Network Centric Systems will deliver nine extremely high-frequency, follow-on terminals to the U.S. Navy.
