Integral Systems Announces New Executives

Alan W. Baldwin, a director of Integral Systems Inc., has been named its interim CEO, the company announced June 1.
Bill Lewis was named the interim chief financial officer (CFO). Pete Gaffney, formerly the CEO, was named executive vice president for new business and technology development, and resigned as a director. Elaine Brown, formerly the CFO, was named executive vice president for administration. Tom Gough is retiring as a director of the company, but will provide consulting services.
