GlobeCast Launches WorldTV DTH In Europe

GlobeCast’s direct-to-home (DTH) satellite brand, WorldTV, has expanded into Europe with the launch of a new bouquet of seven South Asian channels on the Intelsat 905 satellite at 35.5° East, GlobeCast announced May 30.

A full-service satellite TV bouquet from Globecast’s London Broadcast Center will feature Indian and Pakistani channels.

Already a distributor of international TV and radio in the United States, WorldTV is looking to expand its audience throughout continental Europe.
