Eutelsat Launches MYTF1VOD on Fransat

[Via Satellite 11-11-2014] Eutelsat has added the Video-on-Demand (VOD) service MYTF1VOD to its French satellite TV platform Fransat. The company broadcasts 25 French Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) channels, France 3’s 24 regional channels, and several others subscription-free from the Eutelsat 5 West A satellite.

MYTF1VOD is included in the latest version of Fransat Connect. The VOD service has a catalog of more than 6,000 programs and has been designed to enable viewers to navigate freely between linear and non-linear content. The service is currently available through 18 Philips and 20 Sony connected TV models with the Fransat label. Eutelsat plans to expand the number of models and brands with compatible sets and decoders in the coming months.
