[Via Satellite 07-15-2014] Hispasat is working with Spain’s Complutense University of Madrid to provide a satellite link for summer classes. The Complutense University’s production house (UCMTV) is using the Hispasat 1D satellite at 30 degrees west to transmit television signals to the Euroforum Infantes, the location for summer classes. News services and television programs can use Hispasat’s satellite services through UCMTV for relevant courses from June 30 to July 25.

Elena Pisonero, president of Hispasat, will close the course “The Digital Age: Between Heaven and Hell” on July 18 at noon. The course focuses on the effects of the digital revolution on communication, information sharing and social relationships. Pisonero will hand students their diplomas.
