      ND SatCom Wins Polish Deal

      ND SatCom will supply Earth stations for one of the largest direct-to-home operators in Eastern Europe.
      Poland’s Canal+ Cyfrowy awarded ND SatCom a contract to provide ground stations for the operator’s new digital TV platform headquarters in Warsaw. The contract includes two uplinks and a downlink system through which Canal+ Cyfrowy will broadcast TV channels, including high-definition programming.

      Rockwell Collins To Provide GPS Receivers For Army Program

      The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command awarded a contract to Rockwell Collins to supply GPS receivers for the Ground-Based GPS Receiver Application Module program.
      The contract, with a five-year base period and a five-year option, could be valued at up to $300 million. The government has placed an initial $14 million order for units, Rockwell Collins said.

      SatCom Wins U.S. Government Contract

      SatCom Group Holdings received a contract to supply satellite airtime to the U.S. Navy.
      The first year’s share of a five-year deal is valued at about $10 million.
