The contract called for the integration and installation of Integral Systems’ Monics carrier monitoring, Compass network management and satID geolocation products with customized operational sequences in the main UCRF monitoring facility. The system monitors carrier signals from satellites received on Ukrainian territory in C- and Ku-bands and provides signal characterization and geolocation capabilities.
The project was delivered in cooperation with ARD-Telecom, an engineering and integration company for broadcast, wireless and satellite communications solutions in Ukraine.
"Integral Systems’ integrated solution proved to be the best option for the UCRF agency," Tayisiya Kryvushkina, director of ARD-Telecom, said in a statement. "They offered a high value and flexible product that had an easy and seamless integration into the agency’s existing procedures as well as the capability to expand, as needed, into future requirements of the agency."
