DigitalGlobe Goes Public on New York Stock Exchange

      [Satellite Today 04-30-09] DigitalGlobe will launch its initial public offering on May 14, when it is scheduled to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "DGI," the company announced April 29.
          The digital satelliter imagery company said it is aiming to raise $250 million at the midpoint of its expected price range, which was set at $16 to $18 a share by underwriters Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase on April 29.
          DigitalGlobe said it plans to sell about 1.4 million shares in the offering, while existing shareholders are offering about 13.3 million shares.
