MFG Galileo Completes Radome for ISRO Space Center

      [Satellite Today 11-12-08] MFG Galileo Composites, a designer and manufacturer of composite radomes and reflectors, has completed an 18-foot composite radome installation for the Indian government’s National Center for Antarctic and Ocean Research (NCAOR), MFG Galileo announced Nov. 12.
          MFG Galileo was selected to design and manufacture the composite wall radome covering the 3-meter communication link antenna at the Indian Space Research Organization’s Space Applications Center in Ahmedabad, which provides Indian-Antarctic scientific expeditions a fulltime connection with mainland India.
          MFG Galileo ground-based and shipboard radomes support L-band through Ka-band satellite communications.
