TCS Wins DOD Contract

      [09/12/07 – Satellite Today] TeleCommunication Systems (TCS) has been awarded a five-year, $25 million contract to supply the Department of Defense with communications and services, the company announced Sept. 12.

      TCS will supply SwiftLink communications products and services under the indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. The initial task orders are valued at over $6.2 million and the company anticipates delivering the products within 90 days, Maurice Tosé, president and CEO of TCS says.
