Swe-Dish Demonstrates Next Generation Suitcase Technology

[09/07/07 – Satellite Today] Swe-Dish will demonstrate its CommuniCase technology, which allows users to quickly interchange parts and improve flexibility, at IBC2007, the company announced Sept. 6.

The technology enables broadcasters, military personnel and emergency first responders to change arts such as integrated modems. The Suitcase CCT90 represents the next generation of ultra-portable terminals. The first model, the IPT Suitcase, earned prainse gtom military and government organizations around the world after being used in conflict areas and by disaster relief organizations in Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina and the Asian tsunami in 2004.
