Terrestar Inks Research And Development Agreement With DISA

Terrestar Networks Inc., a provider of 4G mobile communications networks, announced Oct. 30 a cooperative research and development agreement with the U.S. Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), part of the U.S. Department of Defense.
Under the agreement, which covers Terrestar’s developing North American Emergency Response Communications Network, Terrestar and DISA will conduct joint research and development on communications technology including networking, operations, applications, facilities and sustainment.
