Satellite ground systems provider Integral Systems [Nasdaq: ISYS] signed a pact to buy the intellectual property rights, inventory and other assets of the former Jackson & Tull Satellite Ground Systems division. Financial terms of the deal weren’t released. Lanham, Md.-based Integral plans to hire the division’s key personnel and continue operations at the company’s Moncks Corner, S.C.-based facility. The group will operate as the Antenna Systems Division of Integral Systems. Integral Chairman and CEO Steven R. Chamberlain said the antenna systems division “completes our ‘one stop shop’ goal for [low-Earth orbit] satellite ground systems and instantly expands our product offerings.”
