WorldSpace Names COO

WorldSpace has announced that Andy Raswork is to become its new COO. He will report directly to WorldSpace CEO Noah Samara. Prior to joining WorldSpace, Raswork was president and CEO of Semantix, an enterprise software company with offices in Montreal and Virginia.
