Einstein Gets Up And Running

Einstein.tv, the science and technology TV-web channel, has gone live on Sky Digital (channel 576) and on the Internet.
Marking the birth of the new station, the LG Electronics sponsored Einstein Challenge tested the UK’s science knowledge with multiple choice questions on its website.
Those answering the questions correctly were eligible to win a range of high-tech prizes, from MP3 players, DVD players and 32-inch flat wide screen TVs. The challenge’s closing date is April 25 this year.
The channel’s schedule will initially air from 18:00-24:00 weekdays and 08:00-21:00 weekends, focussing on the four genres of space, technology, earth and life.
