The footprint map for LMI-1’s South beam, which is used by the Israeli channels shows that a level of 47 dBW can be expected in Israel, the area around Nepal and the south east tip of Asia. Looking at the configuration of the A beam, as used by TV Malagasy on C-Band, a level of just 35/36 dBW will be achieved in the south east tip of the UK.
