Barton Anthony Borrasca, 49, a senior policy analyst with Overlook Systems, recently died of cancer at his home in Alexandria, Va. Borrasca worked with the Navstar GPS office during his Air Force career. He also worked for the Central Intelligence Agency. At Overlook, he worked on projects that implemented GPS for military and civil aviation applications.
