NOAA AWARDS VESSEL TRACKING CONTRACT

The U.S. National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), a branch of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), awarded a contract to Germantown, Md.-based Lovingfoss & Associates for monitoring and maintenance of NMFS’ commercial fishing vessel tracking system.
