ICO APPOINTS MARKETING CONGLOMERATE FOR PR, INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

ICO Global Communications Ltd. appointed the WPP Group, the London-based international marketing communications conglomerate, to head up its worldwide public relations effort.
