Virgin Megastores to Distribute Inmarsat’s IsatPhone in UAE

[Via Satellite 01-04-2016] Global Beam Telecom, an Inmarsat distribution partner, has struck a multi-year agreement with Tecbuy and Virgin Megastores in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to sell Inmarsat’s Global Satellite Phone Service (GSPS) IsatPhone satellite phones and IsatHub terminals to its UAE customers. The devices are immediately available for purchase at three of the largest Virgin Megastores in UAE.

In addition to providing the phones and terminals to Virgin Megastores throughout the UAE, Global Beam is also the first global distributor of Inmarsat scratch cards to purchase and recharge satellite airtime.
