SES Provides Capacity for Anadolu Networks Local DTH Platform

SES will provide capacity from one transponder at the Astra 31.5 degrees East orbital position to Anadolu Networks.

Andadolu Networks aims to use this capacity to launch its DTH platform to broadcast local TV channels to all of Turkey. The 31.5 degrees East orbital position is SES’s prime one for Turkey and the larger region.

XTAR Captures AISR Market Contracts

XTAR generated strong revenues in the airborne intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (AISR) market over the last year under various contracts valued at over $8 million and more than 100 MHz of bandwidth.

According to these contracts, XTAR will provide high-powered X-band capacity via its XTAR-LANT and XTAR-EUR payloads, designed to support critical services on manned aircraft using advanced antennas designed specifically for airborne applications. The capacity aims to provide service extending from North and South America to Africa and the Middle East.
