BridgeSat announced today that aerospace veteran Craig R. Cooning has joined its board of directors. Cooning most recently was president of Network and Space Systems (N&SS) for Boeing.

During his tenure at Boeing, Cooning also served as chairman of the board of United Launch Alliance (ULA), a joint venture owned by Lockheed Martin and Boeing.
