RT Logic has launched its 250 MHz T400CS Wideband Channel Simulator that replicates the real-time RF conditions that can be expected in wideband satcom, aircraft, missile, and UAV missions, RT Logic announced June 11.
The company said the T400CS’ use in testing and training applications could prevent expensive and dangerous mission communication failures and that major customers, such as O3b Networks, are already using the product in the field.
“The Wideband Channel Simulator has been invaluable to O3b’s performance verification test campaign. RT Logic makes the widest bandwidth, most realistic channel simulation products available, and their engineering team has been very responsive to our needs,” O3b Networks Chief Ground System Engineer Gary Mattie said in a statement.
