Amino, Prime Time Upgrade IPTV HD Service to MPEG4
Prime Time Communications, a provider of integrated IP-based services, and Amino Communications, an IPTV entertainment solutions provider, have completed an MPEG-4 upgrade program to deliver expanded high-definition services to their customers in Utah, Prime Time announced June 29.
Prime Time, which offers IP-based services to more than 10,000 subscribers, said it programmed a rapid two-week changeover program to convert 3,800 customers to MPEG-4 video signaling using Amino’s AmiNET130 and AmiNET530 HD set-top boxes.

“Our triple-play offering has been very well received and we’re seeing residents who took just phone and broadband now moving to IPTV services as well,” Prime Time spokesman Bryon Wentzlaff, said in a statement.
