Mobil Satellite to Supply Satellite Internet Equipment to Virginia State Agencies

Mobil Satellite Technologies was awarded a contract by the Virginia Information Technologies Agency to provide mobile and fixed satellite Internet equipment and service to state agencies, institutions and other public bodies, Mobil Satellite announced Mar. 2.

   Mobil Satellite will use capacity on the HughesNet commercial satellite network to provide broadband connectivity for state offices, schools, mobile vehicles, disaster recovery mobile command centers and first responders.
