Astrotech Space Operations (ASO) has secured a $1.1 million purchase order to supply hypergolic propellants to an unnamed satellite and spacecraft manufacturer. ASO announced June 12 that it would deliver the propellant and export-related services from its headquarters in Titusville, Fla.
ASO typically provides a complete support service for government and commercial customers to process satellite hardware for launch.
“Our propellants-related services are integral to our core business, and we continue to see growth in this area,” Astrotech Space Operations General Manager Don White Jr. said in a statement. “Astrotech not only provides individual services such as propellant procurement, sampling and logistics support to our customers, but also full-service, turnkey spacecraft propellant loading operations.”
