      The Indian Space Research Organization’s (ISRO) Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) has had a high profile year, with one significant failure and another record-breaking launch. Now, the agency is pivoting to launch smallsat constellations with a new, smaller launch vehicle that would weigh just 100 tons.
