Spacecom Leases Amos Capacity to Bosnian Broadcaster

[Satellite TODAY 04-08-11] Amos satellite fleet operator Spacecom has leased capacity at 4 degrees West to Bosnian broadcaster Mreza Plus TV, Spacecom announced April 7.
    Amos satellites will distribute Mreza Plus’ news and entertainment channel programming throughout Bosnia for five years. Spacecom secured the contract through its regional representative, Masterline.
    “We chose Amos because of their service and flexibility. The satellite’s signal strength is excellent and enables us to move forward in ensuring that Mreza Plus grows in the Bosnian market, which is exciting and holds great growth potential. By working with Amos, we have been able to create a rich broadcast neighborhood for the country,” Mreza Plus Technical Director Adnan Dokara said in a statement.
